Terms and conditions of service

1. Who we areThese terms apply to all services sold on aspireriseventures.com by AspireRise Ventures Limited, a company registered in Ireland (Company No. 788232), with its registered office at 51 Bracken Road, Dublin D18 CV48, Ireland ("we", "us"). Contact: info@aspireriseventures.com.
2. Accepting these termsBy ticking the acceptance box and paying for a booking, you ("the client") agree to these Terms and Conditions, our Refund & Cancellation Policy, our Service Delivery Policy and our Privacy Policy. Please read them before you pay.
3. Our servicesWe provide education and career consultancy services, as described on our Services & Fees page. Each service includes only what its description states. We provide guidance and document support; we do not make admission, scholarship, employment or visa decisions.
4. No guarantee of outcomeUniversities, employers, scholarship bodies and immigration authorities make their own decisions. We cannot and do not guarantee admission, a visa, a scholarship or a job. A refusal by a third party is not grounds for a refund of services already delivered.
5. Not legal adviceOur visa guidance covers document checklists, document review and interview preparation. It is not legal advice. For legal immigration advice, consult a qualified solicitor.
6. Prices and paymentAll prices are shown and charged in Euro (€, EUR) and include VAT where applicable. Payment is taken in full by debit or credit card (Visa or Mastercard) at the time of booking through our payment provider, Wise. Your service starts once payment is confirmed. Fees charged by universities, test centres or government bodies are not included and are paid by you directly.
7. Your responsibilitiesYou agree to give us accurate and complete information and documents, to attend booked sessions on time, and to meet the deadlines we agree with you. You are responsible for submitting your own applications and paying third-party fees. We are not liable for delays or refusals caused by incomplete or inaccurate information you provide.
8. Rescheduling and missed sessionsYou may reschedule a session free of charge with at least 24 hours' notice by email. A session missed without 24 hours' notice is treated as delivered.
9. Cancellations and refundsCancellations and refunds are handled under our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.
10. Intellectual propertyReports, templates and materials we provide are for your personal use only. You may not resell or publish them. Documents you write remain yours.
11. Confidentiality and dataWe keep your personal information confidential and process it as described in our Privacy Policy.
12. LiabilityOur total liability for any claim relating to a service is limited to the fee you paid for that service. We are not liable for indirect losses, or for decisions made by third parties. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Irish law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
13. Export restrictionsOur services are delivered digitally and do not involve the export of physical goods. We do not provide services to persons or countries subject to EU or UN sanctions.
14. ComplaintsIf you are unhappy with our service, email info@aspireriseventures.com. We acknowledge complaints within 2 working days and aim to resolve them within 14 days.
15. Changes to these termsWe may update these terms from time to time. The version shown at the time you book applies to your booking.
16. Governing lawThese terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. The Irish courts have jurisdiction, without affecting any consumer's right to bring proceedings in their country of residence within the EU.
