Refund and cancellation policy
This policy applies to all services bought from AspireRise Ventures Limited on aspireriseventures.com. It does not affect your statutory rights under Irish and EU consumer law.
Your 14-day right to cancel
If you are a consumer, you can cancel a booking within 14 days of payment without giving a reason.
- If no part of the service has started, you receive a full refund.
- If you asked us to start the service within the 14 days, you receive a refund minus the value of work already done, calculated in proportion to the full service.
- If the service has been fully delivered within the 14 days at your request, and you acknowledged at booking that you lose the right to cancel once it is complete, no refund is due.
Cancelling after 14 days

When we cancel
If we cancel or cannot deliver a service, you receive a full refund for any part not delivered.
Decisions by universities and authorities
Refunds are not given because a university, employer or immigration authority refuses an application. Our fee covers the guidance and document support we provide, not the outcome.
How to request a cancellation or refund
Email info@aspireriseventures.com with your name, booking reference and the service. We confirm receipt within 2 working days.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are paid back to the card used for payment within 14 days of approval. We do not give cash refunds for card payments. Your bank may take a further 5 to 10 working days to show the refund.
