Who we share it with
We share data only where needed to deliver your service: our payment provider Wise (Wise Europe SA) and its card processor, our email and video-call providers, our booking form provider, and our accountant. We share documents with universities only when you ask us to. We never sell your data.
International transfers
If a provider stores data outside the European Economic Area, we rely on European Commission adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long we keep it
Client files are kept for 2 years after your last service, then deleted. Payment and accounting records are kept for 6 years, as Irish tax law requires.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, delete, restrict or move your data, or object to its use, by emailing info@aspireriseventures.com. We reply within one month. You can also complain to the Data Protection Commission.
Payment security
Card payments for our services are processed securely by Wise and its PCI DSS-compliant card processor. You enter your card details on their secure payment page over an encrypted (HTTPS/TLS) connection. AspireRise Ventures Limited never sees, stores or has access to your full card number or security code. Your bank may ask you to confirm the payment with 3-D Secure (Visa Secure or Mastercard Identity Check) for extra protection.
Website security
Our whole website uses HTTPS encryption. Access to client files is limited to staff who need them to deliver your service.

We post any updates to this policy on this page with a new date.
